ARTITALIA’s powder and liquid coatings divisions readily handle automotive, electronic appliance, and military specifications. The most modern facilities and technologically advanced equipment are in place to meet the most exacting standards.
Liquid spray booths are equipped with high-performance electrostatic guns, directing finishes precisely onto surfaces, where they cling, reducing over-spray.
ARTITALIA’s 1,200-foot (365.76 meter) overhead conveyor operates at speeds of 10’ to 16’ (3.05 m to 4.88 m) per minute. Sanitary trays prevent parts from contamination.
Powder applications are executed in a pressurized clean room. Three rail-mounted spray booths are each equipped with 15 electrostatic spray guns. One set of 15 is dedicated to white finishes only, another set is for black only, and the third set of 15 guns is for colors only. Flawless finishes are assured in this way.
